Placing an Order

From our home page, click any of the images or the links in the top menu to browse by various categories. Select a design to begin creating a personalized product. Enter your name and/or a message and personalize it with a typestyle and/or ink color. Instantly view your design with our live preview. If you are not satisfied with the options selected, experiment with other typestyles and ink color, or change your personalization and preview again. When you have completed the personalization and preview process, select an order quantity and add it to your shopping bag.

Use the "Continue Shopping" button from your shopping bag to choose and personalize other designs for yourself or as a unique gift. During the checkout section of your order, you will be allowed to enter the address you would like each item in your order to be sent to.

Ordering online with Expressionery is fast, easy and secure. Once you complete your order, we will automatically offer you a printable receipt and send an order confirmation to your e-mail address.

Customization Policy and Terms of Purchase

You agree that any information you provide to expressionery.com is truthful and accurate, and complete including the name or identity of the sender of any product. You agree to not use expressionery.com to upload, post, e-mail, send, or initiate the sending by printed card, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to any content you submit to expressionery.com, including but not limited to the sending, creating, printing or delivery of personalized content or products; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate these terms of use and will not cause injury to any person or entity and that you will indemnify expressionery.com for all claims resulting from any content you supply. By submitting content to expressionery.com through web-based functions, you grant or warrant that the owner of rights in such content has expressly granted the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part), and the names and likeness of any persons identifiable therein, worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content, provided however, that for content provided to expressionery.com solely for the purpose of incorporating such content into a product or service ordered by you, you grant such rights to expressionery.com for the sole purpose of delivering products and services.

You acknowledge that expressionery.com is not obligated to prescreen content submitted by users, but that expressionery.com shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, move or remove any content that is made available via expressionery.com or to refuse to accept content for use in any products or services offered on or through expressionery.com by any user that violates these terms of service or is otherwise objectionable in expressionery.com's sole judgment.  Expressionery.com may request that a user submit evidence of their ownership of or right to use and reproduce any copyright, trademark or likeness arising from user's submission of content.  If, upon such request, expressionery.com does not receive information it deems sufficient to evidence such rights, expressionery.com reserves the right to (i) suspend the shipping of an order or service relating to such content, and/or (ii) share the content and information regarding the member with governmental organizations, law enforcement authorities or other third parties.

You also acknowledge and agree that expressionery.com may preserve content and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these terms of service; (c) respond to claims that any content violates laws or the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property or personal safety of expressionery.com, its users and the public.

Paper Stocks & Type Sizes

Expressionery.com folded notes are printed on 65# and 100# paper stock. Flat cards are printed on 80# and 100# stock. Invitations and announcements are printed on 12pt glossy paper stock. Card and note orders include a set of envelopes unless noted. Most social stationery items are printed with a size 16pt or 18 pt type. Invitations/Announcements and Social Calling cards allow you to set the font size to your liking. Label, embosser and stamp personalization font size varies by product and the number of personalization lines submitted.

Shipping

The default shipping method for all orders is Standard Trackable. Standard Trackable may include a variety of surface delivery methods. When possible, orders will be packaged to ship together (bundled), unless products are delivered from a partner manufacturer. Regardless of the number of facilities the package(s) ships from, there is one single shipping charge per ship-to address. If more than one ship-to address is requested, each subsequent address will incur a separate shipping charge.

Expedited shipping options, 2-day and overnight, are available as an upgrade from Standard Trackable shipping. When a product within a ship-to address bundle is selected for Expedited shipping, all items in the bundle will receive Expedited shipping. Selecting Expedited shipping will not move an order to the front of the production queue; all production times remain the same as those quoted. The estimated delivery time noted in the checkout is inclusive of production timeframes.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, utilizing the VeriSign Secure Site service. One of the most recognized symbols of trust on the Web. Your credit card will be charged at the order confirmation stage of the online ordering process. Entering your payment and shipping information and clicking "Buy Now" will automatically charge your credit card account.

Sales Tax

Federal law requires that Expressionery collect sales tax on all orders being shipped to addresses within the U.S. Tax is calculated based on the order destination ZIP code.

Order Status

View the status of your order by using our Order Status page. You will be asked to provide the order number and the email address used at the time the order was placed. Happiness Guarantee

Sometimes when you see items on the web, you're not sure what they will look like in person. We understand and to protect you, we've implemented the Happiness Guarantee. Simply put, our Happiness Guarantee means that if you're not happy with the quality of an item, we'll get you something you love. Changes to an Order

Our goal is to get your products to you as quickly as possible, and your order will be queued for production immediately after being placed on our website. Once an order is placed, we cannot recall it for changes or cancellations. If you know there is an error or change that must be made to your product, a customer service representative may be able to issue a replacement order when you contact us. If the product is eligible for replacement (including items such as folded notes, memo pads, labels, calendars and bookmarks), you may be issued a replacement product at 50% off the retail price. If the product is not eligible for replacement (including items such as melamine products, invitations, social calling cards and photo stationery), you will be issued a full refund, at which time you may reorder the product with corrections through our website.

Returns

If you have received your order and it is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know and we will replace or refund your purchase immediately.
